About the Firm

An AmLaw Global 100 firm with a strong national reputation is seeking a mid-to-senior level Construction Associate to join its growing team in Las Vegas . This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation (expected range: $200,000–$235,000) and an excellent benefits package.

As part of a collaborative and highly respected construction law practice, you’ll have the opportunity to represent clients of all sizes—from developers and public entities to contractors and consultants—on matters ranging from complex transactions to high-stakes litigation.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle construction-related transactions and/or litigation.
• Draft and negotiate project documents (AIA contracts, work letters, EPCs, etc.).
• Represent clients in disputes involving design defects, delay/acceleration claims, extra work claims, and mechanics liens.
• Work closely with experienced practitioners in a team-oriented environment.

Ideal Candidate:

• 3–8 years of construction law experience (litigation and/or transactional).
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Nevada State Bar .
• Detail-oriented with initiative to take ownership of work and career development.
• EPC experience is a plus, but not required.
