Position Overview :
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Appliance Service Technicians. Whether
you are experienced in appliance repair or looking to start a new career, this is a great opportunity to

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of home appliances (e.g., refrigerators,
washers, dryers, ovens, etc.)
• Perform maintenance tasks, including parts replacements and adjustments
• Communicate effectively with customers, explaining issues and providing repair solutions
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts used, and repairs completed
• Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure high-quality service
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold company reputation
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills through on-the-job training
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy appliances and work in various home environments
Additional requirements:
• Basic hand tools are the responsibility of the employee
• Must have valid State of Michigan Driver’s License
• Background Check and Drug Testing Required
Preferred:
• Previous experience in appliance repair, electrical work, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and mechanical systems
