Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Angular Web Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable front-end web applications. The role focuses on Angular-based solutions, enterprise integration, and alignment with security, compliance, and performance standards. The architect will partner with product managers, developers, and enterprise architects to deliver modern digital experiences while guiding engineering teams on best practices in UI development, micro-frontends, and cloud-native integration.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

• Define and maintain architectural blueprints for Angular applications.
• Establish UI standards, reusable components, and micro-frontend strategies.
• Ensure designs align with enterprise objectives (availability, scalability, integration, and security).

Technical Leadership

• Mentor teams in Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx (or equivalent), and related libraries.
• Review code and design artifacts for performance, accessibility, and compliance.
• Drive modernization strategies including Angular upgrades and API integration.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Work with enterprise architects on AWS-based hosting (ECS, S3, CloudFront) and service integration.
• Align application architecture with long-term business goals.

Quality & Security

• Implement CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and code scanning.
• Ensure secure coding practices, authentication/authorization (OAuth2, OIDC), and vulnerability scanning.
• Guarantee compliance with accessibility (WCAG 2.1+) and industry standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in front-end development, with 4+ years in Angular (latest versions preferred).
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx (or other state management), and responsive UI.
• Experience with micro-frontends, module federation, monorepo (Nx).
• Proven background designing enterprise-grade web applications.
• Integration experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven systems.
• Knowledge of AWS, DevOps practices, performance optimization, and OWASP security principles.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to influence across teams.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred:

• Banking/fintech or regulated industry experience.
• Familiarity with enterprise design frameworks (Maintainable, Available, Secure, Scalable, Integrated).
• Prior leadership as a Solution Architect or Principal Engineer overseeing Angular projects.
