Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of applicable work experience; Master’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years of work experience; PhD with a minimum of 1 years of work experience Experience with intelligence databases, software, and analytical tools for a variety of intelligence disciplines (OSINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, etc.) Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions through All-Source approach. Ability to work collaboratively with other analysts, stakeholders, and customers throughout the intelligence lifecycle. Capacity to adapt to changing situations to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in a relevant field. Intelligence Fundamentals Certification for All Source Analyst. Familiarity with government data standards and policies (e.g., IC, DoD), to include ICD203, Analytic Standards. Experience independently producing finished intelligence products for executive-level (Senior Executive Service/General Officer) audiences Highly proficient in routinely briefing and communicating, through oral and written means, with executive-level customers and audiences in both formal and informal settings Familiarity with HUMINT Requirements and Tasking processes Experience conducting S&T-focused analysis of foreign weapons systems, such as Surface-to-Air Missiles, Aircraft, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), Hypersonics, etc. All Source Intelligence Analyst Peraton is seeking experienced All Source Intelligence Analysts to support a mission critical program in the US Intelligence Community (IC). This position requires analysts practiced in conducting detailed network and supply chain analysis, as well as producing and briefing high-quality finished intelligence products to executive-level customers. Responsibilities All-Source Analysts are responsible for processing complex data sets, identifying patterns, anticipating developments, and generating high-confidence assessments through innovative approaches. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing detailed analysis of networks and organizations of interest, to include capabilities, supply chain, and vulnerabilities in support of Science and Technology (S&T) technical mission sets. Performing data collection and analysis of intelligence from multiple and complex information repositories, to include classified and unclassified sources, reports, and databases. Applying Agency and IC Tradecraft standards to all intelligence products, including Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203, Analytic Standards, style, editing and sourcing standards. Synthesizing data into comprehensive finished intelligence reports and briefings for executive-level customer consumption to drive requirements decision-making. Continuously researching and understanding customer needs and requirements over time. Proactively retrieving information from various sources and analyzing the information using emerging capabilities and data sets to develop analytic assessments and recommend changes in analytic approach based on results. Employing the appropriate methods, processes, and workflows to integrate multiple capabilities and multi-variant data to produce coherent tradecraft compliant all-source intelligence narratives. Working collaboratively with other analysts, data system users, and stakeholders to continually enhance data quality and intelligence assessments. Monitoring and assessing information to identify potential threats and opportunities, providing timely analysis to support operational planning and quality improvements.
