About the Role

We are seeking a high-energy, experienced Accounting & Finance Temp Recruiter to join a growing and entrepreneurial team led by a proven leader in the staffing space. You’ll be building and maintaining a robust pipeline of top-tier talent for accounting and finance contract roles across Texas, with an initial focus on the Austin market.

This is a fully remote position with optional in-person meetups once per week and regular collaboration with a high-performing Texas team.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit accounting professionals: AP/AR, inventory staff, controllers, accounting managers, etc.
• Help build and maintain a consistent bench of qualified contract candidates.
• Attend client meetings and present candidates confidently.
• Collaborate with team members 3x/week on current openings.
• Occasionally support permanent hires if needed.
• Maintain candidate data in Bullhorn and pipeline updates in weekly calls.
• Opportunity to be promoted to manager once handling 20+ active temps.

Ideal Candidate

• 3–4 years of agency recruiting experience, ideally in temp or contract staffing.
• Strong LinkedIn presence and sourcing skills.
• Outgoing, polished, and professional — confident meeting clients.
• Team-oriented but able to self-manage; not KPI-obsessed.
• Prior experience in account management is a plus.
• Texas-based with knowledge of the Austin market.

Compensation & Perks

• Base salary: $65,000–$70,000 (flexible)
• OTE: $200,000–$250,000 (base + commission)
