Position Title: Administrative Assistant Flu Clinic
Position Type: Contract
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 3-4 weeks (Extension upto 26 weeks)
Shift: 8hrs Days (8a - 4:30p)

Compensation Details:

• Gross Hourly Pay Rate: $22/hr
• OT Rate: $33/hr (Starts after 40 hours)
• Holiday Rate: $33/hr
• Call Back Rate: $33/hr

Description:

AM - 8hr
40hr Days - Five 8hr shifts, 8a - 4:30p.

Job Details:

Data Entry - will work on-site with the nurses on medical clearances, entering information into Employee Health and scanning documents.

ON-SITE ONLY, NO REMOTE OPTION.

SHIFT DETAILS: 40hr,

*10/13 orientation, start dates 10/21 and 10/21 flexible per orientation purposes (1.5-2hr training).

Duration: 3-4 weeks with the possibility of extension based on performance and availability. Multiple locations.

Holiday Requirement: Some staff needed for Columbus Day.

Weekend Requirement: 3 Saturday flu clinics not all staff needed to work these days.

Anticipated Start Date: 10/13 orientation, start dates 10/21 and 10/21 flexible per orientation purposes (1.5-2hr training).

Length of Assignment: Flu clinic will run 3-4 weeks, with possibility to extend for a select few, as needed.

Experience:

• Administrative Assistant Flu Clinic: 1 year (Required)
• Accuracy in Data entry: 1 year (Required)
