Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their client's team in South Florida who is one of the top Financial Service Providers in the country. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage various administrative tasks efficiently and contribute to the smooth functioning of the office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, providing excellent customer service.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
  • Maintain contact lists and assist with correspondence and documentation.
  • Coordinate with team members and other departments to support day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Maintain a filing system and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Support additional administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • High School diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.

Monday - Friday
