Join Our Team as an Account Executive – Kalamazoo Region

We’re looking for a relationship-driven Account Executive to join our team and serve clients in the West Michigan (Kalamazoo) area. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building trust, solving problems, and helping others succeed.

What You’ll Do

As an Account Executive, you’ll be the face of Sun Title for our clients—real estate agents, lenders, developers, and attorneys—building lasting relationships and driving business growth through trust, education, and service excellence.

  • Cultivate Relationships : Serve as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Drive Growth : Identify new opportunities, attend industry events, and expand our client base through thoughtful outreach and engagement.
  • Educate & Empower : Guide clients through the title and escrow process, ensuring clarity and confidence every step of the way.
  • Resolve & Respond : Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, resolving issues with professionalism and care.
  • Strengthen Loyalty : Foster long-term partnerships and gather feedback to continuously improve our services.
  • Leverage Technology : Use CRM tools to manage client data, track communications, and stay ahead of follow-ups.

What You Bring

  • A natural ability to connect with others and build trust.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with title industry software (ResWare, ProForm Select) is a plus.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or business preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years in customer service, sales, or marketing.
  • Knowledge of real estate transactions and escrow services is a plus.
  • Valid Title Producer’s License and Notary Public License (or willingness to obtain within 1 month of hire).
  • Valid driver’s license.
